About Healing
WHAT IS REIKI HEALING THERAPY?
Reiki is based on the belief that we are all made of energy, and the technique involves a therapist placing his or her hands on or above the patient’s body to channel this energy. This healing method is designed to eradicate energy blockages and improve mental, spiritual and physical health in the process (1).
Hands on healing; sending of life force energy through the hands. Will lightly place my hands on the body, sending healing to wherever it is needed.
WHAT IS INTUITIVE CHAKRAS BALANCING?
It is said that when your chakras are healthy and vital, they are “open,” but when energy stagnates, one or more chakras can become blocked, or closed, leading to various physical and emotional symptoms. Each chakra has a color, which corresponds to its energy and purpose (2).
Hands off healing; will tune into each chakra (energy center) in your body with my hands hovering above the body but not touching the body.
Will offer verbal guidance at the end of session to discuss where there were primary blockages and intuitive insights that may occur during session appropriate for your healing.
WHAT IS QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUE (QHHT)?
Quantum healing is both a phrase and an evolving field of research that explores how well-being can be influenced by the smallest level of physics. According to quantum healers, the simple act of exhaling can affect everything else in the universe. In essence, everything has a ripple effect (3).
We conduct a pre-interview to understand your interest in the work and what you would like to accomplish. The session can last anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on what comes up.
This is a past life regression therapy / form of hypnosis. The subconscious mind will take you wherever is most appropriate for creating the healing you have come for. Some people will go into multiple past lives, some will go to earlier times in THIS life, and some will go into future or in-between lives.
This is an interactive form of hypnosis, where you will go into a deep state of relaxation where your conscious mind takes a backseat to your subconscious, yet there will be continuous dialogue between the two of us during your session to get the full picture / details of your past life experience.
An audio recording of your session will be offered but you are also free to record the audio with your own phone (if you would like to safeguard from my recorder not working…doesn’t happen often but it has occurred ).

True healing comes from tapping into an unseen force that is constantly available to us, yet very subtle. This energy or force might be called God, Consciousness, Unconditional Love… it really has no name. It just exists. And its here for us every moment of every single day.
But it can be challenging to tune into this frequency. We have lived a life that has conditioned us to believe that we are limited, have aspects of ourselves that are unlovable, and that we are not deserving or worthy of Love, Happiness, Prosperity, Optimal Health, and Energy.
Often times, these beliefs are unconscious and we are not even aware of them. Other times we may be. It’s my job to help bypass these thought forms, emotions, and stagnant energy to tap into the field of Unconditional Love… and to allow this formless, yet powerful force to transmute stagnant, stuck, polluted energy in your auric field, back into its truest nature… free-flowing, beautiful, Life force energy… it allows old patterns to be released, and your true nature to begin taking the lead again.

Brennan O'Connor
Hey there! My name is Brennan and I am a pretty simple guy! I love spirituality, personal development, and my family! (basketball and football too! 😊)
I’ve been interested in metaphysical things like, God, healing, the meaning of life, psychic phenomena, etc., from the time I was a young boy. I’ve had a handful of mystical experiences in my life; hearing and seeing spirits, the opening of my 3rd eye during meditation in my twenties, and a feeling of blissful expansion. Each experience has only strengthened my fascination for spirituality, healing, personal growth, and the desire to help others.
I have a variety of “certifications” in modalities such as Reiki, The Lifeline Technique, Life-coaching, Hypnosis, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT), but healing goes so much beyond these “modalities”.
